By downloading and playing Merge Trucks, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. While the core game is designed to operate locally on your device without requiring you to create an account or provide an email address, we integrate third-party services to provide advertisements and process in-game purchases.

We use Google AdMob to display ads in the Game. AdMob may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising in this Game and other sites and apps.
Merge Trucks offers in-app purchases and a monthly subscription plan. We do not process these payments directly, nor do we ever see or store your financial information, such as credit card numbers.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting the settings directly on your mobile device:

While we do not operate custom servers to track your gameplay, in the case of an error in the Game, the underlying platform (such as Android or iOS) may collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics to help diagnose crashes.
We value your trust in playing Merge Trucks. The game relies on highly secure, industry-standard third-party providers (Google and Apple) to handle sensitive ad and payment data. While no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, keeping the game logic strictly local to your device and outsourcing payments to the platform providers significantly minimizes risk.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information to third-party services integrated into the Game, please contact the respective platforms (Google or Apple) to manage their data preferences.

Because we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, we do not have direct access to delete data held by third-party services.
